Well, you have seen our Mission Statement (because it is listed above this Value statement and we assume that you read that first!). But it will be pretty meaningless if we slash and burn our way to success. So we commit to helping you achieve your ’green goals’ within your budget, your community, your timeframe and with an excellent support effort. We will do this by offering a high level of technical expertise in the renewable energy area, a top notch implementation and technical installation team, and a 'no questions asked' guarantee program. If we don’t meet your expectations, then we will either fix it or remove your installation at our own cost. It’s very simple. You, the customer, is our best salesperson and if we don’t earn your respect, then we have failed. We also commit to participate in our community’s efforts to 'give back.' The Founders of Academy Solar have been active in numerous organizations that provide support to our friends that need an occasional helping hand. We will continue to do so as individuals and encourage our employees to join in on company time.
